Skin care
I do not know how much and to what extent cyclists take care of their skin? Our skin are constantly under bombardment by UV rays and for me, I do take care of my skin once in a while. I use moisturisers occasionally.
It is pretty damaging with the pollution and UV rays, so do you guys put on UV screen on your body, or any form of moisturisers on your face to block your skin from direct exposure to harmful particles?

Nah, I should, but I don't. Inevitably, I sweat and get it in my eyes and mouth. I tan easily, though.

If my ride's longer than 30 min, I put on sunscreen. Try to get an alcohol based one that won't leave you sticky and greasy. Back of the neck, arms, and top of the knees and thighs are the areas that are the most exposed, unless maybe you ride A.Troll style, in which case she would beg to differ...

When I apply to my face, I use liberally and then wipe a clean swatch across my forehead just above my eyebrows, wiping from the nose out on each side to keep the stuff from running in my eyes.
I make sure to vigorously wash all the stuff off after each ride.
If I could buy the stuff by the quart, I would.
