Tried about 5, 6 saddles, landed on the toupe gel and although the seat in general is comfy, I had the same "pressurized, uncomfy" feeling in the groin area and one of my testicles the day after a ride. Reconsidering yet another saddle, I tried vaseline. Not a little dot; a firm clot on the right side of the "area" and ... instant relieve!!

Because, like the OP, the saddle hurts this portion - castration! Yes! Along with shaving the legs, cyclists will get castrated so they can ride longer.
