I've lost some more weight and some of my jerseys that used to be tight or really tight are a little loose. Some are looser than I prefer.
Is it possible to shrink a jersey? How? Washing in hot water? Is there some special product I can wash them in that will do the job? I hate to give them away.

All my loose jerseys mysteriously shrank over the winter when I wasn't riding as much as I wanted.

Well you can always throw them in the dryer the heat should shrink it but no guarantees. Another possibility is to sell them on Ebay then with the money get some fitting ones.

Wool and cotton shrinks because of a mechanical process that happens to the fibers in the washer. I don't think plastic shrinks that way, you heat it too hot and it might melt.

The old jerseys that I have that have shrunk have shrunk "up" not "in."

In other words, they are now too short and don't cover my back well. I like the suggestion of selling your large jerseys on ebay and buying new ones.
