motobecane bicycle, help please
hi everyone! new here, just have a question
anyone here familiar with MOTOBECANE?
a friend gave me a motobecane "ez cruz" women's cruiser when she moved, and i have no need for it so i'm thinking of putting it up for sale.
it's in pretty good shape, needs some cleaning up, but too nice to just give away
anyway, i took it not knowing anything about the brand. i've since looked up motobecane and notice they go anywhere from about a middle class bicycle up to pretty expensive!
this one is fairly simple...single speed, coaster brake, 26" alloy spoke rims, tires in good shape, thick cushion seat with springs (one little torn spot), reflectors aren't broken, a bit of surface rust on the chrome metal parts (not the rims...some sort of rust-resistant alloy i'm sure), black foam handle grips that cover a large portion of the handle bars (beach cruiser style wide kinda flat handle bars) is torn/ripped in spots, but no chunks missing
anyone have a clue what it may be worth, or what it may have retailed for new? i've yet to find this model in my internet searching
