Vetta V 100 Computer
https://www.performancebike.com/shop/...tegory_ID=4110
Does anyone have any deep and powerful feelings about this computer? I've decided I want something that's wireless and has cadence and this is one of the few options out there. I have 2 questions about it:
1) A friend of mine said that some wireless computers have a tendency to reset when traveling under some power lines, is this true or just a myth?
2) The performance bike page states "All V100 cycling computers are compatible with all V100 mounting kits. " Does that mean I have to purchase a mounting kit seperately? If so how much would it cost and where can I find one? (Looking through performance bike didn't yield much unless i'm not searching correctly, and I really want to find a kit that will mount to my stem instead of my bar),

My V100A has not been affected by any of the power lines in my area, including some high-voltage interstate transmission lines. That doesn't mean it can't be affected, just that I haven't seen any problems as yet.
The mounting kit should come with the computer. The compatibility statement is probably intended for users who will use one computer on 2 bikes, and so will need 2 mounting kits. I don't think the standard mounting kit will mount to a stem, but the manual for the computer is available for downloading from https://www.vetta.com
