I usually get an email from them when the order is accepted and again when it ships. The key word here is "usually". Sometimes I don't get notified when it ships.

You can always call to check status. They don't bite.

If you used standard shipping it will take about a week to get your order - USPS is slow, slow, slow!

well, i used the ground service... so i'm assuming it's ups ground? if they are hella slow then that's messed up. u would think they will ship faster... i'm going to call them tomorrow, since there is no way to look up your orders online.

i order some parts from trisports.com yesterday.. and guess what.. it's arrive on thursday of this week. i would expect nashbar to be the same... but might be wrong.

They may use UPS for heavy stuff - but standard shipping on lighter stuff is good ole' US snail mail and my two recent orders from Nashbar took 7 and 8 days respectively to get to N. Texas. That's from the time I got the email confirming that the items were shipped.

usps is horrible to here in Chicago. I usually pay for 2d day from nashbar b/c they don't let me pick ups for regular (which is fine).
