Many roads look "worse" when seen from the side, like Passo Stelvio for instance, but that road looks insane... I would like to know where it is
. Fred Wright has a few pictures of roads less travelled in the Alps.
Speaking of rough stuff, a couple of personal favourites are the south side of Col de Tende and Colle dell Mulo near the French border.

If someone said what do you really think - I'd say they look photoshopped. Some of those angles appear to be far too extreme to be real.
