I don't own one(bummer).
I've worked with customers ordering them, i've test-ridden(steel sola mtb), i have a regular riding buddy who loves hers(another steel sola) and i've talked at length with a guy who couldn't say enough good things about his S&S coupled ti road bike.
All custom. Beautiful welds. Beautiful paint on the steel bikes. Nice head-tube badges. Longish-wait times(but then when you are getting the custom bike of your dream, why be in a hurry, eh?).
Which one are you looking at?

Bikes: Seven Axiom Ti, Trek 620, Masi cylocross (steel). Masi Souleville 8spd, Fat Chance Mtn. (steel), Schwinn Triple Bar cruiser, Mazi Speciale Fix/single, Schwinn Typhoon
The owner of a LBS, whose opinion I greatly respect, recommended Seven Cycles when I asked him who the "hot" custom builder was. I've seen their frames and they look good.
Enough said?

My sons are into Observed Trials riding (precision riding over obstacles and crazy stuff like jumping off high plaforms). Each of them have a custom Seven Cycles frame. (We aren't rich - they are part of a team that had sponsership).
Even though the bikes are like compact mountain bikes and I'm a roadie, I'd have to say that they are the most beautiful frames I've ever seen. The company is very good to deal with and all the people who work there are riders. They even send Christmas cards to their customers with a picture of the Seven "family". The frames are REALLY expensive, but you are getting a custom TI frame with the best components. All I can say is that you'd better be a good, dedicated rider to justify it. The catalog is worth getting since it is very nicely done.
There is one guy in my club that has a beauty too. All Campy 10-speed and the frame is a work of art. WoundUp carbon fork and Seven carbon seat post. Sweet! I'm jealous, but my Shimano shifts better
BTW I have a Litespeed Classic and love it. But there is something special about a Seven Cycles bike.
