This is indeed a saga.......an incomprehensible saga.
I hope I don't get "reported" for saying so.

The founder of this forum sold the forum several years ago.

And here's a tip: if you want to be an effective communicator to have your concerns taken seriously in an English speaking country ... go to school and learn English. I would give you similar advice if you did not speak French, but lived in France and saw a need for change in France. Once you've got a decent grasp of the English language, I'd suggest advancing to some "Business Communication" types of courses so you learn how to do research and write effective letters which can be addressed appropriately by management.

OP - Please stop stalking old posts of mine and posting stupid comments as it clogs the forum with nonsense. On the other hand, it does show how truly unbalanced you are.

Kent,
I live in the area and I hear what your saying...I think. I would suggest joining Transportation Alternatives, they are great bike advocacy organization.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queens_Place_Mall

where they have immigrant / thuglike / former cops security that "intermediate and bully" customer and cyclist

who don't care about cyclist and they catch you riding on the sidewalk and you go inside "they banned you" and if you ride in the back of the mall "they banned you" even on public sidewalk

who don't care about customer feedback or compliant

security and management will "threaten" to called the police if you talk back at them or when they do nothing and you deserve an answer

they have what i called dinky bicycles parking at most for 2 to 3 bicycles and that it most of the time is other idiot cyclist and delivery take the whole bar and no parking for 45min to an hrs or more

and this why i hate this place is all about the money to these " sob " and i cant ride my bike down there for those reason i have to take the bus and spend my $4.50 thank to these jerk!@# and let me embarrass them more the outside fascia where they have gravel benches and some are falling away from the support i compliant to manager " nothing " still broken and that was a yrs ago

now there is another malls that is bend around since mid 1970 the " queens center mall " located at 99st queens blvd

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queens_Center

and what i like about theses guy are
Courtesy and professional security guard " there own mall security "
Take suggestion and at in a professional manner even the mall manager like to meet the customer
Cyclist Friendly and the do enforce a sharing rules for all cyclist " no cross locking or be cuts "

and there is another store and parking that are cyclist friendly
Home Depot
50-10 Northern Blvd
LIC Queens Ny 11101

and is some place are behind and where there are " state and even country " are catering the need to cyclist look at place and video like in europe and in japan that dealt with this look it up on youtube
I'm sorry if I offend....but let me ask you one question: Are you handicapped in any way? That would explain many things.

Also, you have all your streets incorrect. The mall isn't located on 99th street or 97th street. I hope you are able to write in a much more concise manner when you wrote a business letter to the mgmt company. If not, I'm sure someone read it, chuckled a little and filed it away (in the garbage bin).

What you got here was the standard letter they would send to anyone who had any sort of complaint or question.

And unless a bike rack shows up in the next month or two, what you got here is known as the "brush-off". Where a manager tells you what you want to hear so you will go away and leave them alone.

I'm guessing you were born and raised in a country other than the US ... perhaps somewhere in Eastern Europe or Asia? Is that correct? And you've just recently arrived in the US? Right?

As I said before, and as some of the others have hinted, if you want to get anything done, it is all about appropriate communication. You have got to be able to present a well thought out, logical argument in written form if you are going to be taken seriously, and you have got to present yourself in a friendly, positive way.

If you cannot do those things you will continue to get the "brush-off" or other negative reactions.
