Ritchey OCR Rim
I'm looking to build up a rear wheel for road bike and I picked up a Ritchey Aero OCR Pro 28h rim out of curiosity and I'm wondering if anyone has had any expirience with it?

My other option here is to go with a 32h mavic reflex. I've heard both rims have had problems with cracking at the spoke holes.
