Rider flexibility
Been doing my research prior to buying a new bike, had the LBS say and noted forums mention rider flexibility!
As part of the fit I'm told they get you to do some movements/exercises to judge your flexibility. Any idea what they ask you to do?

It could be something as simple as asking you to touch your toes to having you on a message table and checking total flexibility from hamstrings to your hip flexor to IT bands. While non of these tests will give the fitter all the information he needs to do the fit they are like pieces of the puzzle. Flex tests help the fitter in making decisions such as bar reach and height. It can also help point out physical problems that you may or not be aware of such as leg length discrepancy's and pelvic rotations.....

My local shop insisted that I strip to a posing thong and perform some pretty convoluted movements before they would agree to sell me anything. I might be wrong here, but it seemed a bit over the top just to buy a spare tube.
