first time on rollers today...
i picked up a used set of rollers on craigslist. they came with little bumpers for the front wheel.
i feel like i'm learning to ride a bike all over again. i found that the best way to stay upright was to un-train my brain from its natural reactions to danger:
(1) don't look down
(2) if you're going down, pedal faster
(3) it's actually easier if i don't start holding a wall.
i went from holding onto a wall like OMG OMG OMG to watching TV in the middle of my living room in just about an hour. pretty awesome.
