Hamstring Pain

Hamstring Pain
I am experiencing Hamstring pain. When I ride about 30 - 50 miles the pain becomes a problem. I have my seat set at 74 cm, have a 31 inch inseam. Is my seat too high? Never experienced the pain when I had my seat at 72cm. What are your opinions?

I just had the same problem with my left hamstring. I moved the seat forward and down and the problem went away. You might try going back to 72 cm or maybe 73 cm and see what happens.
