poor condition or time for a new saddle?
I finally got around to putting my bike on the trainer last night. I hadnt been on the bike since September... I rode 35 minutes +/- and seemed comfortable while riding. This morning my sit bones were sore. I got on to ride tonight and was uncomfortable on the saddle. I adjusted it back a bit and it seemed better but still a little sore.
am I in poor condition or should I start looking for a new saddle?

My money would be on poor condition. Was this saddle comfortable in September after a season of riding? Has anything changed the saddle's condition?

i dont remember it being uncomfortable
the saddle is the same as when I left it. I wore bike shorts then and now. I'll ride on it for another week or so and report back...

That happens to me after no time riding. It goes away in about three days. Don't worry.

the outdoor season ends, then some indoor "pre-season training" then outdoor season resumes.
