Difference in Styles?

Hello, I am starting to cycle indoors for exercise. Incidentally, I noticed that there are three different types of stationary bike: Upright; Recumbent; Indoor Cycling.

Can someone explain the differences in terms of pros and cons?

If "Indoor Cycling" is a real bicycle on a trainer or rollers, that'll be the most realistic.
