If by "above that" you mean above riding naked, then get over yourself. Not everyone has the same values you do, and some people are actually comfortable with their bodies rather than disgusted with them.

I love how people entirely miss the point of it. Google it and see, it's an awareness/peaceful protest movement done as a group as opposed to a suggestion we all ride our bikes naked. I was fortunate to catch a group of about 50 doing this downtown Ottawa last weekend. They received lots of cheers and a little bit of revulsion as they passed...
The folks that where repulsed made me sad. Few of us are part of that ~6% of the population that are attractive enough for nude modeling. I'm not so brave as to participate, but I give kudos to those who did. None of us have anything to be ashamed of, and quite frankly I see nothing offensive about 50 naked people causing no harm, although I don't think I'd want to sit on their bike after that ride...

It's a fun day out! The naked part is partly to catch the attention, and partly to point out that cyclists are vulnerable. It's become about body acceptance too. In the UK, it doesn't cause horror and consternation, people cheer and it's fun. No arrests, since it's not technically illegal to be naked, and anyway, police permission is given. You don't have to be crazy to be naked - everyone has a body, and to date, nobody has been killed or seriously injured by seeing a naked person. Lighten up and ride naked!
