Buy 4'x8' sheets of exterior siding to cover a frame of 2"x4"s. Sloping roof with composite shingles. Make the dimensions so you dont waste any siding, paint to match the house...and you are good...Hang the bikes vertical by the wheels

Bikes: Giant Excursion, Raleigh Sports, Raleigh R.S.W. Compact, Motobecane? and about 20 more! OMG
Take a look at the ready built sheds at your local home center, they are very easy to build and can be made as simple or elaborate as you want. If you have the room and codes allow you can buy construction trailers or shipping containers for as little as $500.

If you can use one side of the house, you could build a smaller " Lean to Shed." like something here ;
