At the current rate, we will double our membership from 18,000 users to 36,000 users in less then a year. Actualy, I think we will hit 50,000 members by this time next year...

On a related note, the forums will have there 5th birthday in a month from today! Oct 24th, 1999 bikeforums.com went on line.

Quick! Lock up BikeForums! I've got this security program here made by... a company called Cryptonite (okay so I stole that one from slvoid). Of course I understand that an exploit called "Bique" was recently brought to the attention of CERT.

Note - There are a bunch of programs actually called Cryptonite. One of them is a key sniffer too. And I think "bique" is French for goat. Also, I understand that "bíck" means villain or beast.

And I was just trying to be funny, I didn't know I'd actually stumble onto the WMD's!

I’m an old-timer – I registered in August. I was searching for “Electra Townie” and wound up here. Vary cool place, but there seems to be a lot of cynical folks. I've been a recreational rider for years so I enjoy the chat. Will be contributing soon.
