Bad Luck

Okay. So I have terrible luck/I'm a idiot with sunglasses.

First pair= roommate stole them from me in college.
Second pair=brother sat on them, and broke them.
Third pair= lens fell out at my first race, couldn't repair 'em.

Anyone have suggestions for me? Relatively cheap, but good quality?

Tinted safety glasses. Cheap, designed for hard impacts and good ones are quite comfortable. I wear these.

I am even worse with sunglasses so I go to Target and get the cheapies that last about nine months. I pay no more than $7 for a pair and don't care when they break.

I wear glasses with a very strong prescription, so I get Solar Shield sunglasses that fit over them. The only place around me that carries them is Wal-Mart, but Walgreen's carries them in some parts of the country. They kind of block some peripheral vision but I use a rear-view mirror.

I found that expensive sunglasses break just as easily as expensive sunglasses. I keep an eye out for cheap ones at stores, thrift stores and yard sales and pick them up as I find them, keeping a stock of them.

For the most part, my sunglasses have been the cheapies.

..but they all get lost/stolen/smashed

Ill probably end up with some more cheapies.
