Getting it together...again....

Hey all. I am new to this site and just getting back on the bike after a year and a half....ooo this is gonna leave a mark...


Looking for any advice for getting "it" together again and saying hi!

If riding sounds like an ordeal, your not doing it right. Avoid any Protestant Work Ethic training requime, dont keep a log of your speed , VO2max, heartrate. Throw out that bike computer.
Pick some nice routes and good riding buddies and set out to enjoy yourself.
