What would you call this ?

It is sold as a Mountain Bike, but I use it for commuting, exercise, MTB, Road Riding, and just
a general all purpose bike. A ( HYBRID )...

As far as I know, the F4 is an MTB.

it's a mountain bike. even if you only ride it on paved roads, it's a mountain bike. but really, who cares what you would call it? i would call it a sweet bike and enjoy.

IMHO, even when C'dale painted it up with a black on black scheme, put 700c wheels, and called it the Bad Boy, they are still a Mountain Bike.
