Suggestion: provide a little more information here before asking me to download something. Maybe a couple screenshots, or a description of how a phone can determine cadence, that kind of thing. As it is, since this is your first post I am a little cautious about it all.

QR code link you to google's Android Market. There are screenshots at market.
Program can't measure cadence, only calculate it from you gear and speed.
(Before use you need goto settings and set up you cassette, chainrings and wheelsize).
It's very easy.

I would be glad if the program will be useful for you

Hummn! A Newbie shows up saying "Try my app!" Here are my two issues: Person with no provenance and app with no provenance. For all I know said person could be a virus author and the app likewise.

If it doesn't actually measure cadence , sounds a little useless to me, i can just count out my pedal strokes, would rather do that than clutter my phone with a program that does so little.

Program don't measure cadence. It only help to calculate your cadence.
You set up cassette and chainrings, input gear and speed and get cadence
