Quick Question.

So I recently started to ride to work and class. I ride a Specialized road bike I'm borrowing from my Dad. The problem is the toe clips he has on there are breaking. I would like to get some pedals where biking shoes will clip into them but I would also like to be able to walk around on campus with the same shoes.

I've found some shoes that do that but they're all for mountain bikes apparently.

Can these pedals work on my road bike?

Thanks!
