TdF - best highlights coverage in the U.S.?

I'm from Europe, but in California this summer. I'm wondering what the best way is to get reasonably lengthy daily highlights coverage of each TdF stage (I mean at least 30mins, not just 5min clips). I have broadband internet access but no TV as such. I know NBC are offering an "all access" online package that includes live coverage, but I won't want to stay up until 1.30am every morning to catch the finish... Anyone know if it includes highlights or a replay option for the live coverage? The description is a bit ambiguous about that.

Is Versus the same as (or related to) NBC? Can I watch their highlights coverage online?

I would normally just download the UK ITV4 highlights coverage using bittorrent or similar but your ISPs here in the States seem to be a bit sensitive about that kind of thing...

I think the finishes are around 17:30 CET, that would be 8:30 Pacific, it isn't that early.

Yes of course you're right, I added rather than subtracted the time difference... (Duh!)

Still, I suspect highlights later in the day would work out better for me.

Versus will probably replay the TdF all day and night (as they did in past years) so you can watch each stage whenever you want.
