You may wish to consider doing a search using the search tool. This has been address in many previous threads. Also, there's a pretty good webpage that talks about alternatives.

Prolly 10 years ago back in my Huffy days I had a cage that fit on with a C-ring. Never had any problems with it moving around. Maybe check walmart or something for one.

They have a water bottle holder that clips to your seat/seatpost. It holds two bottles, might be a problem if you like to hang off of the back of your seat though.

Hose clamps. Cheap cages, your local bike shop.
