Need help with finding a new seatpost
Hi! I'm new to bicycling, and I think I need a new seatpost. I'm riding an old Cannondale Criterium (fixed her up and everything), and that it is mad uncomfortable. I got a new seat and bike shorts, which help a lot, but I intend to take it for rides that are upwards of 100+ miles. After doing some googling, I found that a new seatpost might help ease my discomfort over bumpier roads. Do you guys have any particular suggestions?

Larger tires with a lower psi will give you a softer ride.

Cane Creek Thudbuster ST... elastomers in them sold in rider weight ranges.
[YGWYPF, though, people want a whole bike for that price] |

The only suspension seat post I've ever owned drove me nuts with all the side play. Never tried a Thudbuster. |

How long do your rides last? How often do you ride? |
