Custom Decals?

Was looking to customize my bike since it's all black (Sirrus Comp). I have a commercial cutter that cuts about anything and software. I know I could use vinyl, but I want something that I could take off if needed without ruining the finish. Anyone know of such a material?

Still learning how to use the machine and the software but had some ideas going through my head. Last thing I want is to screw up putting the design on and I can't get it off.

Thanks!

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

I've used a hair dryer and my thumbnail to remove vinyl stickers from car bodies and bike frames without damaging the paint. YMMV

Toy can use Calendar vinyl for flat surfaces, but if you have lots of curves, use Cast. Either can be easily removed without damage to the underlying surface, though if the paint fades, it will look different when the vinyl is removed.

I did my Trek Madone with my vinyl cutter.

WOW. Your bike looks amazing. Thanks for sharing. I actually bought the cutter for cutting fabric so I haven't tried vinyl yet. A lot of the women I know use their cutters for decorative work for the home or scrapbooking/card making. Part of me would to emboss or engrave some metal designs and adhere it to the bike. Those are probably beyond my skills for now, but it's amazing what these cutters can do. I just don't want to overdo it or make it look tacky/homemade.
