When you say position of my seat I assumer you mean the height, right? If that is what you are saying then you need to know I am riding a recumbent. And I have made all the correct adjustments to it to make sure that is not part of the problem. So thank you for the advice but that has already been ruled out.

I understand you ride a remcombant. but even that seat can cause nerve preassure. you have many nerves coming out of your sacrum (butt bone) that lead to your feet. sitting in any position for a long time can cause these nerves to "sleep".

Numb feet

I know this was posted years ago but I am curious as to whether you still get numb feet? I experience the exact same thing and would love to find a solution.
