Sierra Trading Post can have some screaming deals IF you use their 20-30% off coupons that they have all the time. I believe they have one for first time customers and if you sign up for their email list.

If nothing is found on those sites mentioned, you can also just regularly browse the big internet bike shops and click on the sale button.
