Ok, i'm new and a little slow.

I borrowed a trainer from a guy at work to see if I would want to buy one.

How do you set the dang thing up? I know it should tighten onto your bike, but what should it press against? The frame?

Any help is appreciated...

ok I think I have it, although the rear tire squeaks where it touches the roller.....
too tight?
not tight enough?

Squeaks how? Is it touching the roller or the side piece that holds on the roller? I have the problem of it touching the side piece, not sure how to fix it. If its squeaking on the roller tighten the roller to the tire somemore see if that helps
