About Canondale Conquest Performance

Hi All,
I am new starter to bikes.
I will to buy a bike for hobby and mostly will be used in city.
it is written Conquest Performance in the frame but the seller says it is Canondale.
Below there are some photos.
Is that really a Canondale or am I fooled?
Thanks for replies

Doesn't look like a Cannondale to me. I don't see the Cannondale name on the downtube.

Yes there is nothing showing that it is Canondale, that is strange.
For the plastic, as the seller said it is one of the imports coming from customs
İt might be an imitation.
