...that I'd post a pic or two of my son's bike, but I cannot seem to attach the file succesfully here. Any suggestions? It's a standard JPG, but too large apparently

If you need photo editing software, www.gimp.org the gimp is free open source software that you can use to resize your images. It is very similar to photoshop, but without the high price tag. It's quite powerful, and completely free to download and use.

Another solution- Go here.
Click on the browse button and then browse to the photo on your PC. Then upload the photo. After that simply copy the address from the address bar. Click the image button and then insert the address.
