I've played with Terraserver and found it to be a neat toy for sure... Google's map software is probably the best I've found so far. I have to say I'm impressed. As far as directions go, I still like mapsonus since I commute by bicycle and like the ability to avoid major highways.

My favorite part of google maps is this error message:
"We could not calculate driving directions between somerville, ma and honolulu, hi. We currently only support road-based driving directions."

Well, I took a look around, and I'd have to say, I still prefer mappoint.

At least mappoint gives me more countries than just the one!! All I'm getting is a rough sketch of Canadian info, and absolutely nothing for any other countries.
They do have a feedback area and I'm tempted to tell them that they are missing most of the world!
