I was actually looking at the prices of these puppies again yesterday. I really reckon an el cheapo GPS would have all that and more .. except for cadence that is. Still more expensive but some of these gizmos now allow you to download maps and that would be the duck's nuts for riding on 4WD tracks.

We have a GPS on the tandem. Not only is it convenient to have in the bush, but you can program in Gloria Jeans' and Baskin Robbins' coordinates. Important stuff.
