N00b pedals question
Ok, so I've determined the type of pedals I want for my bike - Crank Brothers or frogs. Now how do I know what shoes will work with the pedals? I realize some shoes are look, spd, spd-2, etc, but I haven't seen a shoe yet that says Crank Brothers or frog compatible.
I know there's something I'm not getting, I just haven't been able to figure out what, in spite of copious search function usage.
Someone got a quick answer?

I use frogs. (great pedals) They are 2 bolt SPD compatible.
I never used Cranks Brothers, can't help there.

I use Crank Brother egg beaters; they are also spd compatible. They are the fist and only clipless pedals that i've used and i'm very happy with them, though if you plain on using regular shoes with them, i'd look into getting a different model crank bro pedal, the ones with the platform (I forgot the model name).

Crank Brothers makes excellent pedals, you cant go wrong with them. Any shoe with the regular SPD bolt pattern will fit. CB provides their own special cleats that bolts right on
