Before I focused on spinning for 1000 miles, I generally would be going in the 70s. After the 1000 miles at 95+ usually, just comfortable riding was in the 80s - seemed to mostly settle in over the long term at 82-84. When I go on really long rides, it will end up lower.

Oh, while today I mostly was over 90 rpm, when I climbed up Diamond Head, I dropped down as low as 51 in my lowest gear (39/27). Hill climbing is not my best thing.
