Website to track weight

Okay I finally replaced my old mechanical dial type bathroom scale with one that calculates weight, bmi, body fat percentage and hydration level. So now if there a simple website that allows a user to input these numbers and see them on a chart?

Not exactly a clyde, scale indicates I have 20.4% body fat with a 27.9, so clearly I could lose a little.

I use a spreadsheet program, Excel or similar, either resident or cloud. Enter any numbers, analyze and display it any way you want.

Yes, don't you know how to use Excel? There's probably an Ubuntu equivalent.

Or even use a piece of paper?
