bikesummer in la, anyone?
Hi all!
(My first real post!)
A bunch of us from San Francisco are going down to sunny Los Angeles this June for Bike Summmer. Should be a LOT of fun. I really hope to see a lot of out-of-towners show up to see the real LA.
We had the fist BS here in San Francisco back in 89 and it been travelling from city to city each year since then.
Not to promote my podcast too much but there is a twenty minute on the subject there. I was down there last month and went to a fundraiser show and got an interview with an organizer.

I'll be there...I'm not an out of towner but I'll be there. Theres been quite a few fundraisers already and they've been off the hook. Everyone should come down. It's going to be loads of fun.

I'm glad you like the podcasts. I figure there will be a whole slew of them on bike summer when i go down there in June. I'm putting one together right now on the oil wars. Next week will be more fun with a visit with the San Francisco Bicycle Ballet.
