Hello from Columbia, Mo., and can you help?
Hi. I'm new to this forum -- actually, to any forum. So apologies in advance if I screw something up.
I'm searching for some help. I've gone 12 days without being on my bike, and am going through withdrawal. But my wrists are screwed up (carpal tunnel or tendonitis, that sort of thing).
So ... is there a grouping that would help me find others in like situation? I'm specifically wanting to buy some sort of elbow rest to alleviate the wrist action.
