I suppose it is, but I really never check that sort of thing because who cares? Clearly others have an interest in the topic also. It was near the top of the forum, unread, and had an interesting topic.

It was near the top because one person bumped it. If you read the entire thread there is not one post expressing interest in mechanical odometers other than the post by the bumper.

Huret Multito. Attaches to front hub and has a little drive belt mechanism. They operate great. Probably a few on ebay. I have bought several. .. usually attached to a bike. Someone on the C&V forum might have one lying around and willing to give/sell.
