Hi
The Bike Fit link was great.
Please direct me to any other links or stickies re intelligent instruction with road and endurance theory, cadence, geometry, technique, etc.
I don't want to reinvent the wheel so to speak and I know there is quite a bit of science behind the bio-mechanics of cycling.
I'm looking for anything from mechanical to medical, thanks!
