Yes, mom told me that there was this show about guys with older wives/girfriends. They brought up lance and sheryl (sheryl is like 9 years older) and they said somethinga bout a baby.

The whole reason for the announcement is so his sponsors can see just how much buzz a Lance Armstrong announcement will generate, both leading up to, during, and after so that they may calculate the size of their advertizing base.
