Toledo area trails
Just want to say that a trip to Toledo for my Uncles surprise B-day party was great. A little late in getting this post out to you people in NW Ohio. The Metro Parks in Toledo are the best City or County run parks in the states. I rode the Towpath Trail from Perrysburg to Bend view park. Rode the Trail from Maumee to all the way past Oak Openings. That was the best I have ever rode. Also went from Bowling Green down the Slippery Elm Trail to Hoytville area. I really enjoyed the great condition of the trails. The Towpath was crushed gravel but an interesting ride full of history. It is amazing how much dirt was dug out for the towpath and the canal. Being from Florida, the change of scenery was the best. You can even smell the difference in the air, the woods and surrounding fields. Any good links you could send my way for any future trips up there? Thanks for the hospitality.

Metropark Links Sound like you hit the bigger metropark trails.
New to cycling and plan to hit some of these once I get a better bike.
