Bikes: The kind with two wheels

What's the scoop on this thing?

How big?

What kind of stuff?

Worth making the drive for?

Buying -- assuming they have something I'm interested in.

Actually, I work with someone who is active with Lapham Peak and am really going more for the fund rasing aspect. If I can find something to buy (I'm in the market for a new ride), all the better.

Not sure. I think its held in the gym at the school there, so it isn't as big as the Madison show. However, I think I read that they'll have 5 local shops there and a consignment area. They had like 60 bikes last year (and they all sold).

Thanks.

Looks like I'll end up in Ft. Atkinson this Saturday with Mrs. Hip though.

I am also very curious about this. My buddy and I are going to go and check this out. I have a 62cm Basso with Campy Athena from about 1990 that I would like to either find a new frame for (this this is WAY to big) and migrate the components, or just plain swap for something else. I'm not sure what to expect, since I have not attended any event like this before.
