Cleveland Sharrows?
I came across a brief note on Brewed Fresh Daily a NE Ohio blog that sharrows have been apparently added to Cleveland roadways? No further description... anybody seen 'em? Does it make a difference?

Beats me...be nice if the guy would provide some useful facts or sources with his post.

There's nothing anywhere on this! Nothing on ohiobike.org, NOACA, etc, nowhere, for those of you that commented thanks... maybe we'll hear something.
I know that NOACA has been taking strides to increase bicycle awareness in the Cleveland areas. They have published bicycle maps for years and are now in the process of designating bicycle routes and other things. So maybe they were behind this.. but you'd think somebody somewhere would publish something patting themselves on the back for it.
Maybe Yehuda did it.

Hmm, that hill used to be part of my commute when I still worked in Westlake in 2006. It had a BL then.

We certainly can have both concepts or ‘tools’ to facilitate bicycling. Both Bike Lanes and Shared Lane Markings or ‘Sharrows’ are tools for facilitating on-road cycling. In situations where one is riding along parked cars, Sharrows are likely a better tool as they don’t force cyclists to ride in the door zone.
Have a look at this FAQ on Sharrows via Bike Pittsburgh.
BTW, the Sharrows in Cleveland are located on Franklin, between W. 25th and W. 65th. Their implementation is a result of the aforementioned collaboration, which also involved the block clubs along this route. As you may well be aware, Franklin is a route on the City of Cleveland’s BikeWay Masterplan."
