Anyone want to ride tomorrow? I was thinking of going to reagan. It will be cold enough, so going a little slower on the mtb should help.

My Jump bike is still in the shop! Still waiting for RST to send the rebuild kit. I need to get it back so I can get my moneys worth on my season pass.

Its all about preparation. This winter I shelled out for a snowboarding helmet and goggles kit. Mah head is so much warmer now.

I hear ya. Ill ski in single digit and be fine but I hate to ride in anything much colder then upper 20's. My body just aches no matter how well I dress. If it ain't fun then there is no point in doing it...

True, but I have a stupidly good time riding in the snow. So I can't help it.

Schweet! If I were working for more than 4 hours tomorrow I'd bike in. As it is it would turn my four hour day into a 7 hour day with the ride to and fro and that's not worth it that late in the evening.

Okay, I've officially begun cross-training.

I'll be able to process more oxygen and pump more blood than anyone else in my category by the time I start racing again.
The question is; will my knees hold up until then?

I ran today! 5 miles in 43 minutes. It was a little slippery, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. Just wait till I wake up tomorrow morning though..

Hey, Mitch if we start swimming-we could have an excuse for wearing sleveless jerseys.

And people will think we're a couple, too!
I thought for a brief moment today that I should organize a big group-run with Spin, SSSMST, Sssssssssnakebite *cobra-hand motion* and whoever else, but then I was like "Wow, that's almost like a gay pride parade"

I'm going to Kentucky on Friday. I don't think I'm going to bring my bike.
