Lorain is a very health conscious city. I could envision those fine youths simply keeping those bikes so that they could start a youth cycling team for the young residents of Lorain.
People just throw bikes in your yard. How cool is that!

The kids are obviously lying....everyone knows that it rains bikes in Lorain - it's the lake effect.
