Hi All,

First time posting, and I'm looking for some advice towards buying my first hybrid. I'll be commuting to work on road and fairly easy trails, which will be around 60 miles a week.

I'm currently looking at two Specialized Crosstrails. I've done some research on the forum, and the Crosstrail seems to be highly thought of.

My question is whether the £150 component upgrades between the two models below are worth it?

£550 - Sport Disc 2015 (Specialized Crosstrail Sport Disc 2015 Hybrid Bike | Evans Cycles)
vs £700 - Elite Disc 2015 (Specialized Crosstrail Elite Disc 2015 Hybrid Bike | Evans Cycles)

I think the Sport Disc is the sweetest spot in that lineup.
