Congratulations. You will love it. Like I said, it's fast and smooth. It still scares me going down a steepish hill. This bike picks up speed sooo friggin fast and keeps going and going. A few times I had to use the brakes going down a big hill. Wussy

Good choice. IMO, an almost perfect bike for what OP is looking to do, and future proofed in many ways.

Thanks guys, I eagerly await friday so I can pickup my new bike.

Plan on taking the bus there and riding it right out the front door and taking the scenic route home.

Will take pics and post them if people are interested.

Yep, that's what I did. It was a 10k ride home. There wasn't much in way of adjustments. Just the seat height and I was off.

This is a whole new level of bike for me. My last bike was 30 years ago and it was a iron pig of a bike.haha
