I need a new bike. I've just started riding again and am getting rid of a 30 year old Raleigh mountain bike that was a hand me down and now wearing out. I am 5' 10" 230 lbs. I am riding an 8-10 mile loop mostly paved but may ride the end of the trail on a dirt path but no big rocks or bumps.

I am considering the Specialized Crosstrail Disc, Trek 8.3 DS, Fuji Absolute 2.1 and the Diamondback Trace Sport Hybrid. Can anyone give me their thoughts on these bikes or other recommendations for the terrain I ride?
